A storage space and a writing table available in the king room. Marvellous spot near to Gran Via, the center, and many tourist attractions and restaurants, pubs, discos. Also, near to stations.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the old town, and the room was incredibly spacious with air conditioning when we upgraded.

Top location at an affordable price, very clean room with ac, private bathroo for this price in the area where all the action is. Great!!!

The first room that they gave me was next to the entrance, so it was very noisy. Then they changed me and it was ok.

Convenient location near museums, restaurants, and shops. Warm and cozy room with ample hot water and powerful shower. Quiet environment. Clean and easy to find. Nice nearby bar options. Will certainly return.

The location was mind-blowing, with bars, restaurants, and transport just steps away. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean with GREAT amenities like wi-fi and a flat-screen TV. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot weather. The staff even provided extra pillows for my niece's comfort. we had a jaw-dropping experience and will definitely stay here again!

The centrality of the location. The price was fantastic. The rooms...a little noisy, but very very clean, modern, and very comfortable, the hotel was secure, the staff were immensely helpful. I would recommend this hostel to anyone wanting to be in central Madrid, in a quite but incredibly interesting street, and close to the Plaza Mayor, El retiro and el Prado. I speak Spanish but the staff are new and like to practise their English. The raring it has reflects the quality and the simplicity of the hostel

Dont get the room right next to the front door. A very comfortable room but just a little too noisy with guests coming and going. Saying that, I would still take it, if there was nothing else, I enjoyed my stay there so much.

Great location, just a short walk from a beautiful plaza. The hotel is situated in a lovely area, with plenty to see and do nearby. 🌆

The receptionists (both the day and night duty ones) were very accommodating and helpful. They do not understand English at all, with the help of google, we managed to communicate and my requests for hot water and storage of luggage were met.

Close to metro Sol, near Prado museum (10minutes walk). Tapas bars, supermarkets and shops nearby. Receptionist provided us with a useful map. Payment without problem and extra fees. Room and bathroom was clean and quiet (it had windows to inner courtyard). A/C worked well. Great price.

The triple room at Hostal Bianco was perfect for me and my friends. The simple decor and tiled floors gave it a cozy feel.

Personally, I found the complimentary toiletries and hair dryers in the private bathroom to be a bit lacking.

Great location, very closed to the center and near to the most important sightsee. Very clean room, kindly and helpful staff. Highly recommended for economic and short trips to Madrid.
